This 'Notice to Terminate' can to be used by a landlord to end an Assured Shorthold Tenancy in England & Wales. It can be used to teminate Lawpack's Furnished Rental Agreement, Unfurnished Rental Agreement and Non-Resident House/Flat Share Agreement (all for England & Wales).

Please be aware that this notice can not be used to terminate a Short Assured Tenancy (in Scotland) or a Lodger Agreement.

Valid in England & Wales only.
