Non-Resident House/Flat Share Agreement for England & WalesLawpack
If you're a landlord, you can give this form to the tenant at the start of the tenancy so that you have a written record of you and your tenant's obligations, how the deposit money is handled and how the agreement can be ended. The tenant must be living in a room in a property where you, as landlord, are not resident. Under this agreement, the tenant has exclusive occupation of his/her designated room and will share the use and facilities of the house or flat (e.g. bathroom, toilet, kitchen and sitting room) with other occupiers of the property. The form also includes the new law on Tenancy Deposit Protection Schemes, which was introduced on 6 April 2007. When you download this agreement, there is also guidance on how to fill the form in. Valid in England & Wales only. To use this downloadable product please add it to your shopping basket by clicking the "Buy Now" button. Once you have registered and bought the download via the checkout, you will be taken directly to the "Your Downloads" area where you will be able to download it to your computer.
