Anne Robinson agrees divorce settlement
British TV presenter Anne Robinson has signed a divorce settlement that will see her hand over £20 million to her former husband.
The Weakest Link host was married to John Penrose for 27 years before separating last year on the grounds of "irreconcilable differences".
Included in the £20 million settlement is an investment property portfolio of four houses worth £4 million. Robinson will retain ownership of another four homes.
Mr Penrose, 61, declined to comment on the division of wealth, but insisted that he and 63-year-old Robinson remain "very good friends".
A source close to the couple told the Telegraph that Robinson was satisfied with the settlement, insisting Penrose had a big influence on her career.
"They were a great team together and I am sure Anne would have wanted to have that reflected in the final settlement," said the friend.
Meanwhile, Robinson has been banned from driving for six months after receiving her fourth motoring ticket for speeding.
