About the Author

Richard Collins and Tanya Roberts are both solicitors at Charles Russell Solicitors in London.

Richard is a mature entrant to family law, having first worked in advertising for Saatchi & Saatchi and other agencies. He has extensive experience of dealing with the financial consequences of the breakdown of relationships, often with an international element, and cases involving disputes about children, cohabitation issues, pre-nuptial agreements and issues relating to the unmarried family.

Tanya's practice includes financial and children-related cases, both domestic and international. She is on the Lord Chancellor's Panel of Solicitors for child abduction work and has, with two others, written a book on the subject called 'International Child Abduction'.
