This section 33 notice template can be used by a landlord wanting to give notice to terminate a tenancy agreement at the end of a Short Assured Tenancy (SAT) in Scotland, under the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988.
To legally give notice to terminate a Short Assured Tenancy Agreement in Scotland at the end of the tenancy agreement the landlord must give a Section 33 Notice form and Notice to Quit to their tenant.
Under the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988, the landlord must give the tenant at least two months' notice.
This section 33 notice template can be used by a landlord to give notice to terminate a Short Assured Tenancy (SAT) in Scotland, under the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988.
