  2. Section 8 Notice

    This solicitor-approved template can be used by a landlord wanting to give notice to terminate when a tenant is in rent arrears of at least two months or more (or rent arrears of eight weeks for a weekly tenancy). 

  3. The court forms you need for an “Accelerated Track” tenant eviction (used only with an expired Section 21 Notice legal form)
