Form AT5 is a statutory notice providing background information for both landlord and tenant, which must be used with a Scottish Short Assured Tenancy (SAT) Agreement (whether Furnished or Unfurnished).

Form AT5 is included free of charge with our Scottish Short Assured Tenancy Agreement (SAT).

If you're a landlord based in Scotland, you must serve this Form AT5 on a tenant prior to the start of any new Short Assured Tenancy Agreement.
