Schedule of Rent Arrears -
The Schedule of Rent Arrears is one of several legal forms that must be used by landlords when they are evicting tenants through the courts.
Landlords in England and Wales can use this tenant eviction form to claim for rent arrears through the courts and the Schedule of Rent Arrears should be attached to a Section 8 Notice to show to the court which payments are outstanding.
This tenant eviction form should also be attached to the N119 Particulars of Claim Form (which is sent with the N5 Claim Form) in any claim for possession based on rent arrears.
Landlords in Scotland should attach this tenant eviction form to the AT6 Notice when they are serving a Notice to Terminate a Short Assured Tenancy due to rent arrears.
The Schedule of Rent Arrears sets out clearly what rent has been paid or is outstanding. There are five columns: due date, amount due, date paid, amount paid and total outstanding.
Available in "Download Now" PDF format, this tenant eviction form can be downloaded instantly and has Guidance Notes included for filling it in.
This Lawpack legal form has been designed by our team of landlord and tenancy law specialists to ensure that it is legally valid.
